Bio and Links
Bio Photo A cousin of mine got me interested in Genealogy a few years ago so I joined Ancestry.com and I've been hooked ever since. I am researching the Quisenberry, Nauman, and Cox families. The Quisenberry family is fairly easy since an ancestor, Anderson Quisenberry, wrote a book about them and my father just so happened to have a copy of it. But my mother's side, Nauman, is a little harder.

I couldn't do most of my research without Find A Grave and am grateful for everyone that has contributed to it. I think it is a wonderful tool. And ever since my sister died in 2009, I've come to respect and appreciate the service Find A Grave provides. It is so important for us to preserve and document what we can for the future generations.

Betty,
Thank you so much for obit information. It has been added. I cannot tell you where the Nickens Family cem.(Kilmarnock) is located. I wish I could. Maybe the court house, funeral home or a library could. We have had lots of results that way on the ones which are hard to find. Thanks again, Vera

Julian Burgess memorial
Thanks for the photos. It certainly is one of the nicer headstones I've seen.

Lemuel, again...
Actually, I'm a distant cousin of his son-in-law Mr. Jett, not named Willie, and HIS son, named Jeter Lee Jett.

RE: Norris Cemetery
Good question! My daughter and I walked the cemetery and took pictures. If the name is there it has to be because we took a picture. I'll have to check with my daughter to see if perhaps it was a picture she took that I just never uploaded. Lets hope she still has it if that's the case.

RE: Norris Cemetery
Norris Family Cemetery is in Deltaville, Virginia off Lover's Lane. Are you at all familiar with this area? Is there a name you are looking for? I don't live in this area but was visiting and decided to try to document the graves in this cemetery.
