RE: Genealogy records and other
I am sorry that I don't have an easy answer for you. The only way would be to email F.A.G. directly and ask that they intercede for you. Do it early on a Monday for the best results. I wish we could do a reverse link, that is link parents to children instead of children to parents. It seems it is always a work in patience! I have someone at Blue Valley that has a wife buried next to her first husband and they have her as being next to her parents and I haven't been able to get that corrected yet! Good luck.

I will check to see if they would be interested in a copy of your book. If they aren't I am sure the Adams County Historical society would be. That is a very generous offer. I will email you what I have on Mary Sader.

RE: Bob and Ardis French photo
Glad to help! I believe Bob may have had the room next to my Great Gram Kutcher at the nursing home in Kahoka before he passed. I know she mentioned Mr French living "next door" :)

Take care,

RE: Martha Ann Randall
I appreciate hearing from you on Martha Ann. I often wonder about the lives of the people represented by a tombstone etching. Not only my own family and friends, but the lives of others as well. The hardships that so many of them went through, the losses without ever knowing what really happened, and the missing generations that failed to develop because of early deaths; we wonder how life might have been effected for those of us who did "walk through this life." I understand your sentiments very well.

RE: Genealogy Notebooks
I think you are sending them to the best people. If these books are for the info for Webster county etc. then that is where they should be. I will let the girls at the historical society know about them, they belong to a genealogy group that may come from several counties. At least you knew the value of the books. Too bad they are going to miss the great Nebraska winter!! We did have a few snowflakes this morning and 4 tenths of rain Friday evening, so that is great for the moisture we all need so much.

RE: Genealogy Notebooks
I am so glad you asked before letting them be disposed of. Younger generations won't know what they missed until it is too late, and they have to be interested in this history to want to keep it.
