My name is Joey. I started doing family research and came up short. One good thing that happened though was I found this site. I used to hate cemeteries,I used to get cold chills when driving by one. Now I think how every tombstone had a family that cried on it, and how everyone I know that has passed deserves an online memorial. Nothing can explain the feeling I get when creating an online memorial,or claiming a picture of a tombstone. If you are related to someone I have created a memorial for and not happy with it, please let me know. I do this to pay tribute and my intentions are good, but I understand not everyone shares my interest in online memorials.|
p.s If someone takes the time out of their busy day to take a picture of a grave you requested, take the time to thank them. It may be a hobby, but it still deserves recognition.
Joey ( Lavalette/Wayne ) WV

Thanks, but Zeriah Ray is not related.

Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! Thank you so much for fulfilling my photo request of seven Ealem/Ray headstones. It would have been difficult for me to take those photos since I live in Michigan. I so appreciate your time and effort.
I noticed that the request for Mary Alice Ray at Mt Vernon Cemetery was the only request you did not fulfill. Was her grave not at Mt. Vernon or did you have trouble finding it?
Joey, thanks for the latest gravestone pictures. Glad you found your camera. Karen

I am looking forward to seeing the photos. Findagrave.com finally let me put in the photo requests for America Ray and Mary Alice Ray, so that makes a total of 8 requests for Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Thanks for your time and effort.
Joey, Thanks for taking those pictures and all the work you have done on this cemetery. Karen

Thank you in advance. I would really appreciate my family's Mt. Vernon Cemetery grave marker photos.
Findagrave.com has a weekly photo request limit that prevented me from posting Mt. Vernon Cemetery request for America Ray (1846-1887) (#117920544) and Mary Alice Ray (1854-1932)(#117958602). If you would, could you also take photos of their grave markers?

I really appreciate the stone photo for Tenesee and John. Some people think these are small things but every leaf on a tree is helpful. Al

I've just begun looking in this area so have not see the site that you have provided. Thanks much. This may help tremendously.
