MERIDEN - Harold A. (Tut) Tuttle, 80, of 39 Harness Drive, husband of Elizabeth (Kelly) Tuttle, died on Nov. 29, 2003, in MidState Medical Center.

Born in Meriden, Feb. 23, 1923, he was the son of the late Oliver A. and Jennie (Malchiodi) Tuttle. He retired after many years from American Cyanamid and was a member of the First Congregational Church. He was a member of the Meriden Elks, American Legion Post 45, North Italian Home Club and the N.R.A. He enjoyed fishing and hunting at his home in Nova Scotia, which he built and was a lifelong New York Yankees fan.

Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Kathleen A. Sims and Diane T. Mase and son-in-law, Tony, both of Meriden; three grandchildren, Kelley Sims, Tracy Sims and fiance, Jason Franklin and Frank Sims and fiancee, Yasmina Paradis; and one great-grandchild, Janelli Franklin.

Friends may call at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 E. Main St, Meriden, Tuesday, from 4 to 7 p.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory can be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. box 1004, 538 Preston Ave., Meriden, CT 06450.

RE: Freeman stone photos
Oh yes! Any and all Freeman would be wonderful! As you have the time to enter them.

Thank you for the note on the other cemetery also. I need to look into that.

Much appreciated.

Hi Alice, I'm sorry, Royal BC Archives only publishes death certificates up to 1993 so without a headstone photo there is little more that I can tell you. His name originated from the Victoria genealogy society death listings. I haven't had any luck finding an obit for him either.

Aden Whynot
Thanks for the information on Aden Whynot. I added it to his memorial page, with a credit to you. (If you don't want that, let me know and I will remove the attribution.) Is he a relative? Would you like me to transfer his memorial to you? Sharron

Thank you for taking the photo of William Clancey and his wife. This helps piece together the family tree. I appreciate your help!

Thanks to you posting an inquiry to Patricia Cousens regarding the correct burial location of Thomas K(night) Brehaut & his wife Elizabeth, I was finally able to locate my incorrect posting and removed it. Without your notation of the "Alexandra Baptist Church Cemetery", I may not have found it. I had searched under Brehaut name and Alexandra, PEI without success.
Thank you again for helping to keep the data correct.

ALIB, my husband and I just visited the Pownal United Methodist Church Cemetery and Thomas Knight Brehaut and his wife Elizabeth Ellen Judson Brehaut are buried there. We also went to the Alexandra Baptist Church Cemetery and they are not buried there. These cemeteries are on the same road. I sent a message to bluesma36 asking her to delete them from the Alexandra cemetery.
