|Greg Dues||M. Elizabeth Neimann Dues|
I have been doing research on my family history and found your entry for M. Elizabeth Dues and her children George, Bernard, and Katherine. If Indeed Katherine's father was Gerhard Dues then Elizabeth couldn't be her mother as she died 2 years before her birth. George and Bernard would have been Katherine's half brothers and her mother Anna Vogelsang.

I cannot help with this question.

The name on the Head stones is STRIECKER. I know of two there, Johan and Katherine. A distance cousin sent me information that she is buried under the name of Hietkamp. This is possible as her Husband Johann Heinrich Striecker died in 1839.
Catherine Elizabeth (Trimpe) Striecker died on April 29, 1871, 30+ years later. With a young son about the age of 9 when his father pass away I sure the his mother remarried.
Her date of birth is Nov. 22 1801
My information is that she died in Minster, However, Her son live just south of Egpyt in Shelby Co.
If there is a person Catherine Elizabeth Hietkamp with the dates that fits then I will start searching wedding records. Also back in that time they spell the first name with a "C" and/or a "K"
I will be in the area the week of September 20 to the 25
Do you check any of the other cemeteries in the Minster area?
Appreciate your efforts.

According to this information you located my great-greatgrandmother in the is cemetery. I was just there and didn't find any listing for her. Do you have a Plot Site? Also, I assume her Husband, Heinrich, is possibly buried there also...did you locate his grave? I found a great-great uncle and great-great aunt there so I
The reason I am interested, I want to have brass plaques made as the Headstones are becoming very weathered.

Glad to be of service. If you are a member of Find a Grave I can transfer if you wish. They are not my family. Regards, Frank Germanson
