thanks again
Thanks for those Koppelman pics. I have taken over 30,000 pics of markers in western Minnesota. The best day was like 2,000 pics from morning to sunset and second set of rechargeable batteries in the car and backup memory card. These one marker requests are a pain for me. So I try to do the entire cemetery. If you continue, you will find out what works for you. I do a shot of the headstone with what footstones should be tied to the headstone then each related footstone is picked. That way the memory card is easier to read what headstone goes with what footstone. And using online indexes helps to figure out a footstone that just reads "Father Robert 1910 1970". Combination of a headstone with footstones in the background or foreground and a match on like Mn historical society's birth/death index or even the SSDI can help figure out what footstone goes with what headstone. And if you use your shoes to push grass/dirt sideways to get a clear shot, expect the sole to wear out on the side. Fall is a tough time because a lot has some sort of leaves on them. And to properly deal with flowers/plants/etc blocking names and dates and how to move them, take a good pic and carefully replace them back where they were. I need to end this. getting too long

RE: Koppelman at Grandview
Thanks for your efforts. I have seen some claim photo requests and take months to fulfill them. Your school work comes first. I hope to have something before snow falls. I can contact Arthur's wife. I heard she is still pretty healthy yet. I just need to be in great cell phone reception when I call her. Not sure how she feels about it. I spent some holidays with their family when I could not make it home. So they kinda adopted me a little. I had no brother and Russell Koppelman lost his only brother to cancer so we hang out at a local bar after work a lot.

Koppelman at Grandview
I have advanced cancer. It is important that I get photos of any Koppelman in Grandview Cemetery in Hopkins, MN. Pretty sure Arthur Koppelman is located to the SW of the four statues on the west end of the cemetery. I believe there is son Roger Koppelman buried nearby and some others. I recall spending time to the west of the statues but maybe I was just looking for more Koppelman in the area. Arthur's son Russell is an old friend of mine that passed away from cancer just like his dad and brother did. Then his wife had the ashes and his belongings and she passed away about six months later. I am trying to track down everything. I most likely will not survive this cancer so it is fairly high on my Bucket List. Thanks for any effort you can do. I do not have a safe driver that is willing to take me from Montevideo to the twin cities and back home again otherwise I would do this myself. And no gas money for such a trip. And parents in complete denial of this advanced cancer.
