|Anne||Mary Alison transfer|
I'm happy to transfer Mary Alison's memorial to you. (Just a little side note: I clicked on the links you provided for her family and every link comes back with the message "Memorial not found". Don't know why that message comes up--just thought you'd like to know)

It's my pleasure to do this. I love old cemeteries! I'm planning to go back on Saturday when the weather is going to be nice, and take a better photo when the sun is at the right angle.

I have completed the TRANSFER per your request.
I see that your surname is spelled without the 'b', when was this dropped in you lineage.
Have you ever been to the Giles Co, Va area ?? I was a resident there in 1960-69 timeframe, graduated high school there, have many, many relatives (Johnston, Carr, Stafford, Vest) there.
I am also a long time FTW user.

I'm not related to the Hamlin's just got interested while going through old Reidsville newspapers and ran across the obit for little Tom. That led me to try and find info on his parents! Let me know if there's anyone specifically I can try to find an obit for.

You're very welcome. Place is on my way to chores - sorry there is no marker, but locator stone shows you I knew the right place. Happens often.

I have been trying to find documents that John was buried at Mill Creek. Can you help?
When photographing the cemetery a marker was not located for him.

Has been transferred to you. I noted that you have had 1200 transfers to you. If your name was not Hamlin I would not have transferred as she was outside the normal Find A Grave guidelines. Some people do the foot work and others just sit and want transfers I hope your not the latter.
