RE: Mcginnis
Will be waiting to receive the info, Barb. I just hope I can find something to help. Also, someone today posted a photo request for Harry (Harvey) McGinnis, married to Mary Knappenburger. I have no info on where he is buried, but the person requesting lists him at Old Brick. I was there last summer and took pictures of all the rest of the McGinnis graves there, but his was not one of them. Their birth/death dates for him are also off by about a year from what I have. Do you know where he is buried and do you have a photo of the grave? ~ Sandy

RE: Hi cousin
Hi Barb, Nice to hear from you. No, I am not an officer any more, but I still attend the meetings, and I am also involved in conducting our beginners' genealogy classes twice a year that our club offers.

Yes, I got out a couple of years back to take pictures to download to FTM, so any that weren't already on Find A Grave, I created memorials for them. I'd like to get out this summer and get some more done.

I take it that you never found an obit for Simeon? And where is Laura buried? If she is buried in a cemetery that has already been read and published in one of the historical society's cemetery index books, it may have already been read and I can check the book. If it's not one that we've done yet, when the weather warms up, I can go and either try chalking or creaming it and try to read it that way.

I will be happy to be able to help you with whatever I can do and provide from our area here. Just let me know. As has most of the country, I guess, we've had a really frigid and snowy winter so far, so not conducive at all to getting out and around to do any "cemetery-hopping", but hope spring comes quickly! ~ Sandy

There is an edit tab on each memorial. click on that, and it will go to a suggestion line. Click on that and you can put in your requests. I will transfer over John and Baby Boy. I follow the rules of Find a Grave on transfers.

RE: Mcginnis Family
Hi, cousin! I am working on getting everyone in Old Brick on Find a grave with a bio included. Things slowed down when I went in the hospital for a week. I'll get back to it this week. I'm headed to Clarion County this June. I'll be happy to link everything and anything for you.

RE: Orchard Prairie Cemetery map
you might try and see if there is one there, or if there is a contact person.
