|Julie Myers Stephen||Dickinson Munsell Cemetery.|
Dickerson memorials should be deleted or corrected. I spoke to the person who manages them that there is a spelling error from the cemetery plot info she found on-line. If there is not a memorial correction and the name was deleted,you might have to make another memorial. Check first on the correct spelling.

|Donna Hardway-Hoag||RE: THANK YOU|
Bob, I also posted a couple other photos, i added David Thorne,his wife, Phebe Mullenix and 2 children, Louisa & John. I believe David is also John & Mary's son.
They are all buried in area, all in a row. I also have a photo of the row, but it may be to large to upload to Find a Grave. I can EMail it to you. The older stones were very hard to read. We were also at another cemetery, New Hurley Reformed Church Cemetery yesterday and there was a Thorne grave there, I should have jotted the name down.
Hope this all helps.

I have taken photos of some of the headtsones in Potfract cemetery and have uploaded these. Knottingley is also quite close and have photographed most of the headstones in the cemetery, Ropewalk burial ground and St Botolph churchyard. Afraid that I haven't done any in the other places.
This is the link to the headstones for the Appleyards that I have uploaded
Sorry that I couldn't be of any further help

Hi, I don't remember seeing any Appleyards but I was just looking for my own family names at the time. It is quite a full graveyard! The Batley parish registers are on Ancestry now, so if your ancestors are in those it is likely that they were buried here, but lots of the gravestones have been moved. There is a mailing list for Dewsbury family history which covers Batley, you could ask on there. You can find a link to it on Genuki's Yorkshire genealogy page.

I made the associations you requested and transfered management of the memorials to you. I am not related to them, so it only makes sense.
|GLENN||DAUGHERTY GRAVE IN L.I.N.C.|
I got the picture you requested for Harriet Daugherty in L.I.N.C. She's buried with her husband Birt Richard. I've also added pictures to his memorial.
Note, for your records the plot information on Harriet's memorial is a typo. Should be H, 1630.
Have a good one...

You are very Welcome!
|Denise Cowart Sirois||RE: Photo of headstone|
You are so welcome. Please feel free to contact me directly if you need any other photos from that cemetery or this area. I really love doing it. You stated this was the wife of your father's uncle. Is your uncle buried out there? Is there another photo you need? Please let me know. My email is email@example.com
Have a wonderful day, Denise Sirois
|Dick Florance||RE: Charles Henry Jones|
I'm sorry I can't help with your Jones line, but here is a little related info. If you wish to provide a mailing address I will gladly forward the newspaper article mentioned below.
From Florance, Col. Charles Wesley, Jr. - "We The Florances/Florences"
C. Henry Jones was born 06 Mar 1889 and died 05 Apr 1988. On 20 Oct 1914 he married Lucy Burling Florence (b 29 Oct 1893) the daughter of Charles Wesley Florence (b 18 Nov 1867) and Elizabeth Weeks
(b 13 Mar 1867). Their children were Carolyn (Jones) Carpenter (b 26 Feb 1916) who married Alden Carpenter and Charles H. Jones, Jr. (b 09 Nov 1920) who married Viola Frank.
Lucy Burling (Florance) Jones was the half-sister of James Pearson Florence (b 13 Jun 1909) and Colonel Charles W. Florance, Jr. (b 20 Jul 1912). Lucy was the first child born to Elizabeth (Weeks) Florance. Elizabeth and her second daughter died at the 1896 birthing. Charles Wesley Florance, Sr. married 2nd Susie May Pasman on 07 Jun 1905.
C. Henry Jones and his twin brother Theodore ran a successful plumbing business.
From a 28 May 1986 Newspaper Article on C. Henry Jones:
(1.) He was born about 2-miles from Highland Mills, NY; (2.) In 1907 he worked as an apprentice plumber for $1 per day; (3.) He had 4 grandchildren and 3 gt-grandchildren; (4.) He had a twin brother, Theodore;
(5.) He had a sister named Emma; (6.) Maybe the most important - "pop died in 1916 of tuberculosis".
From the Collection of James Pearson Florance:
I have a copy of a 22 Sep 1960 "Dear Pearson" genealogy letter written by Emma (Jones) McWhorter, C. Henry's sister, who was the famous Woodbury Historian and friend of James Pearson Florance.
James in fact was my 4th cousin and best friend during the short time (5 years) that we knew each other prior to his death in the year 2000. By happenstance we both were living in Englewood, Fl. Thanks to Jim I obtained a copy of his brother's book - "We The Florances/Florences".
From Emma's letter we know that Theodore Jones was known as "Teed".
James Pearson Florance and wife Helen (Willey) Florance are listed on the Cemetery of the Highlands marker for his parents Charles W. and Susie May, but their ashes are actually spread near their church in Englewood, FL..
