I was introduced to Geneology in 1980. Thanks, Aunt Kathy Dean! I've been addicted ever since.
The TOMBSTONE and LOT pictures I have placed are yours to use for other geneological purposes to include other sites. Let me know if you would like me to go take better ones or if you want to place yours, is fine.
This site is not called "Find-a-Document". Documents take up what limited space there is for photographs of the PERSON, HOUSE, or tombstone and grave area. Please respect the memorials I manage and resist posting copied paperwork or certificates to where the photographs belong. Please have respect on this site, I do not work for you unless you are nice.
Find-A-Grave would not be of much use to researchers if it were not for it's members creating memorials beyond their own familys and they should & do get transfered upon request. If I have created a memorial of your family member, it was with great respect and the hope that someday you will find it and want it transfered to you. If the person is your family, I prefer you manage the memorial. USE edit functions on THE MEMORIALS please, not my Email, not this Bio. page. Let me know if I can help or if you have some corrections, requests, additional info., links, ect., PLEASE use "EDIT" tabs located on upper right side of each memorial for all these things.
I love to place different kinds of flowers, flags, & things on memorials. BRIGHT RED FLOWERS indicate my family, relatives and V.I.P.'s. I won't usually transfer the memorials with RED FLOWERS unless you are a closer relation than myself AND I see you are an experienced, active and dedicated Find-a-Grave member.
My goal is for everyone in my favorite 3 cemeterys be accounted for and have a nice memorial on Find-A-Grave. We ALL share these memorials and officialy Find-A-Grave "OWNS" them, we only create and maintain, note the bottom left of each memorial says "Created by: or Maintained by:". We are a huge team, working together on this amazing project. As I keep this in mind, I am THRILLED to transfer memorials. Thank you for your time and any help or corrections you can send!!!! !
My family -back 3 generations: DEAN, WARREN, BUMPUS, CASTERLINE, STREBY, SHANNON, WARNER, SMITH, ROWE, TOWNSEND, BUCKMASTER, WEBB, MILLS, STINEMETZ. | |

 | Transfers Hi, Todd,
I finally am wrapping up transfers of Steinemetz (& other spellings) to you. Yep, my husband's health issues have been a double-overtime job with so many appointments and long drives and tracking down all the stuff that isn't part of the medical care but is essential to his health. It's quieted down, and we hope that is for positive time ahead. Genealogy and Find A Grave documentation are my "drug of choice" to unwind, and I'm glad to be getting caught up.
Please do keep the transfers (or share with others that may be more closely related as you wish) as they are not my kin. We just really enjoy documenting the small rural cemeteries as completely as possible. We are surrounded by small graveyards in Knox & Licking, including my favorite across the road.
Keep up the great work, and thanks for the prayers...the same to health for you and yours.

 | RE: Dry family Thank you Todd
I look forward to working with this web sight. I found it looking for Corban Dry's daughter. She passed away in Oakland Ca.about 1950 to 1953 but had remarried. And no one in the family knows the name of the man she married. And I am finding out it will be hard to find a person only knowing there first name. But I keep looking knowing the madin name and the family info. Well Thanks Again for transferring the Dry family over to me. And if you check back with the dry family I will add more photos to them as I find them. Thanks..DonAdded by Don on May 13, 2013 8:54 AM | | | Pam Kerschner

 | RE: Charles B. Lauderbaugh I'm new to find a grave. Finding Charles's grave was the frosting on the cake. I found out about Charles while doing research on prison escapes. My interest is the history of the crime and punishment in the U.S and Ohio. I came across an article of Charles death. I work for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and correction and realized Charles Lauderbaugh was not on the states memorial. I have a lot of old news articles about Charles's death and submitted them to the department for consideration to have him added to our states memorial in Columbus. Now that I have found this website I am going to try to contribute to requests in the Niles Ohio area. Thank you for editing and posting the bio for Charles. As I said I'm new to this site and only wanted to leave a message for any descendants that may visit his grave. Thank you for your dedication to preserving the memories of loved ones lost so many years ago. There is a good website, http://www.odmp.org/ that honors law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty. It might be nice to search for these men and women's graves and leave a tribute. Thanks again. | | | WOLFCREEKFOX#2

 | CD Sargent Greetings....I am the Graves Registration Officer for the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War and I have information on many of the CW veterans buried in Richland County.
I have been doing some work in updating the burial locations of men from the Richland County GAR Posts and came across your entry for CD Sargent in the Bellville Cemetery.
His name is Columbus D. Sargent and he served in the 163rd OVI Co D. He was a member of the Miller Moody Post 314 in Bellville.
Please feel free to up his listing if you desire.
Thanks
