Researching Lockerman/Thomas/Walker/Dunton lines in NC and VA, plus all the other family names from my past. Also looking into my wife's line - mainly Hoekmans, Doctors and Wynias. Living in Linthicum MD, with an interest in my hometown area - Salemburg, NC|

|Sharon McMillen||Dyes in Kentucky|
You seem to know something of the Dyes in Webster County, Kentucky. Trying to figure out how Benjamin Dye who married Anna Hendrix (Hendricks) in 1817 in Union County fits in. He was also married to a Vaughn.

That is the only one there, I found it by mistake and was surprised that there was only one marker there.

The mother's name is coming up different. Is the Find A Grave# correct of does her name need to be corrected? Thanks
|Jerry Hughes & Roger Young||Tulley|
I knew I was going to mess that up when I sent it, should have double checked my links, Tulley is my 4th cousin 4x removed, his sons James, Joseph and John and daughter Sarah Elizabeth are 5th cousins 3x removed. Whewwwww..I didnt see a memorial for another daughter Emma Jean.
|Jerry Hughes & Roger Young||re: are we related by marriage?|
Well if you are related to Tulley Halstead, his brothers Joseph and James in that cemetery I would say yes, they were my 4th cousins 4x removed, That's pretty distant if I wouldn't say so. The others are also all related , John Halstead there is a 5th cousin 3x removed, he was one of Tulley's sons. It would be neat to find another distant relative. Let me know please, thanks so much, Jerry

Thanks for the cemetery and its records, I found many a Halstead in my family there. I was wondering do you know the exact location of this cemetery and do you have a photo overview of the cemetery? It would be great to see a GPS map of its location for future reference if I ever decide to visit one day. Thanks Kindly, Jerry Hughes
Thank you so much for the photo on Fr. Schmid's monument! Annie
