New question is Harry and Stella related? I have a Harry as well in my family tree and I noticed the stones were very similar. Thanks

May I also use the Wenner headstones? Are you related? Thank-you for use of the Ashelman pictures.

|Ross Morton||RE: Agnes Boatman Worthington|
Putting a jpg picture of her death certificate is probably too much with the 2 photos of her tombstone and 1 of the cemetery. I would copy and paste it into the bio which only you can do.
Her parents were Claudius Gloude Boatman and Jane Mae Clark both of Lycoming Pa.
Amos Reed Worthington's father Charles Worthington (1823 Muncy Lycoming Pa-8/1872 Muncys Creek, Lycoming Pa by drowning although some family trees incorrectly shows death in 1872 in Northampton, Bucks Pa). Charles parents came from New Britain Bucks County and they moved to Lycoming Pa. They can be traced back to Samuel Worthington of Lancashire England who imigrated to America in 1705 and Mary Carver of Byberry Philadelphia (her parents immigrated from England to US in 1682) both Samuel and Mary died in New Britain, Bucks Pa in the late 1700s.
Charles obituary is below:
The Grant Standard
August 30, 1872
We learn that Chas. Worthington, of Shrewsbury township, this county was drowned in Muncy Creek, near Fiester’s in that township, on Wednesday night.
We have no particulars, except that by some means he drove his team into the Creek and the stream being quite high he was drowned.
The body was recovered about three o’clock on Thursday morning, on a small island some distance below where he fell in.
I do not know where he was buried.

Thank you very much! I am from the Warburton side, descendant of John Warburton and Mary Sadler, rather than the Phillips side. Also descended from Theophilus Little, Joseph Bloomfield Little and Louisa Armes. Lots of Sullivan and Lycoming Counties connections. Regards, Gwen

May I please have your permission to use your photo of the gravestone of Carrie Phillips, Franklin Stone Heap Cemetery, on my ancestry.com family tree, with attribution to you and to Find a Grave? Thank you very much for your consideration. Gwen

I'm sorry, the only thing I can think of is that she died very young and was buried with her family. Maybe he remarried. I do not have a source for the marriage, would have been given to me by others. I will check into this further. Thanks
