Hi Mary, that is great!...I would be very interested in having a copy of any of the photos you took of the Smith family graves if you would be willing to share. I live in Georgia now so it is very hard for me to visit the cemetery. Much appreciated!

Mary, I am not sure of the address as I have not been there myself yet. But I will ask some family members and see if they can tell me. My husband's gg grandfather was Nathaniel John Smith Sr. (brother of Ira) and gg grandmother was Louisa Jane Brashears (sister of Emiline).

Hi Mary, my info for the Browns came from a Lee Township cemetery book. I don't know if Wm and Eliza were buried with a stone or not. Virgil Cemetery is nice but very old, it is hard to say what has happened to markers that might have fallen or were broken. Next time I get out that way, I will take a second look for you.
I see your memorial for the infant Hovell.
The cemetery book has a listing for Ivy J. Hovell, and gives her age as 8 years 3 mos 29 days.
She is the only Hovell listed in Virgil.
I have poked and prodded around another Fulton Co cemetery for my GG Grandfather. His DC says he is buried there. I have finally had to accept the fact he probably was buried with no marker.
I am sorry to be of no help, but at least you have a name for the little one you found!
All the best, Debra
