I am a retired/disabled U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel who lives in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Almost my entire life I was satisfied that nobody in my family could tell me our ancestry. I'm now no longer satisfied with that answer, and I'm trying to build a knowledge base that can be passed to current and future generations. If I can also find some real people to whom we're related -- well, that would be great. Thanks for reading. | |

 | Ella and Albert Gamber Hi Glen, I took the pictures of Albert and Ella Gamber that you requested. They are buried next to their two daughters, Alice and Maggie. I also took pictures of their markers and posted them under their own listings. While there are many other Gambers in the cemetery, no others were to the left or right of this family of four. Much success to you in your family search!Added by Sheshoo on Apr 21, 2012 5:44 PM | | | Seagull
 | Ridgely family Transfers gladly completed. Both of these cemeteries are small and lovingly kept. They are within a few miles of one another. Ridgely is an important name in this area, so if you run across any other family I have entered, please feel free to request transfers. Have a great weekend!Added by Seagull on Apr 20, 2012 8:27 PM | | | Sister Sonya
 | RE: Thank You, Ma'am! Happy to oblige- they are in a section of the cemetery I hadn't been before, tucked off to the side, very peaceful. S- | | | Jerri
 | Levin Disharoon My daughter and I visited the cemetery in Stockton, and I made the photo of Levin and other 6 or 7 other Disharoons, who are buried there. He is buried beside his son and daughter-in-law, and his monument is enscribed "father". I'm going home to Alabama tomorrow, and will post your picture, and let you know the other names in a day or two, after I download and edit. | Photo for Disharoon plot Sir:Perhaps you know that there is another Mt.Zion church cemetery located about 8 miles out of Snow Hill(but within the Snow Hill postal district)This is relatively near a Disharoon rd. as well. Perhaps this may be the cemetery you are looking for? I need to go near there again soon, will take a look for you! | | | | [View all messages...] |
