Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am happy to help. My family name McMeans is of my most interest. My family settled in South Carolina and moved to Alabama then finally to Texas at the start of the Civil War. Most of my family members are buried in Stockdale Cemetery in Stockdale, Texas. I am currently researching McMeans, Neyland, Alston, Lindsey, Low, McCormick and Guell. If you ever see a grave with one of these names please take a picture and add it to this database. I would gladly tranfer ownership of any of my memorials to family members. I do this as a service to a growing online community. If I post anything that offends please send me your concerns.
Thank You.

Apologies for a less than adequate photo. The stone is so worn, I almost missed it. I tried to decipher the inscription as accurately as possible.

Neyland burial location
I called the office, they didn't have a record for William Davis Neyland. They had a W.P. Neyland and a W. Neyland. I'll call again tomorrow to clarify this information as I wasn't looking at my photos when I called.

William Davis Neyland
I didn't find a headstone for William. There were only 6 headstones in Section 3, Lot 1097. His death certificate states he is buried in the cemetery, but there isn't a record of him in the interment list. I'll call to see if there is a record in the office.

Thank you, that would be great. I have information on them and would love to link them to Henry Sr. Thanks! Ivy
