After discovering Find A Grave, I've become hooked. It's so true: "you can't do just one."
If you have any corrections or additions, let me know through the "edit" tab. I will happily take care of them as quickly as possible. If you have bio info, I'll cut and paste your info and designate you as the source with my thanks.
Please feel free to use any of my photos of the grave markers. I hope they will be of some benefit to family and friends.
If you have a moment, would you please leave a flower for my baby brother Patrick Wayne Thank you. ----------------------------- TRANSFERRING MANAGEMENT: To be fair to all, I follow Find-A-Grave's guidelines. "Transfer requests should be for direct relatives within four generations. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren."
Just use the "edit" tab and let me know how you are related and your findagrave contributor number. Thanks for your understanding. | |

 | RE: Leslie Alfred - Altaville Prot Cem Phyllis, I am just trying to reduce my non-family memorials so I can add more, lol. You had placed flowers on that memorial, hope you don't mind. | | | Goldrush
 | RE: Johanna Rodesino Alphonse "Babe" Raggio lived until 1952. He owned the Raggio Club in San Andreas. He was born in 1874 so was about 18 years old when the holdup took place. Kids of that day grew up fast and did a man's work while still very young.Added by Goldrush on May 19, 2013 4:06 PM | | | Goldrush
 | Rodesino family They lost an infant son in 1879; Johanah in 1892 and Ruth, who was less than 2 years old, in 1896. The 1880 census had a daughter Louise age 2, one year younger than JohanahAdded by Goldrush on May 19, 2013 3:40 PM | | | Goldrush
 | Johanna Rodesino No, the killer was never caught. There are loads of local newspaper articles on the holdup, each one with a slightly different story. Babe Raggio was badly wounded and the man riding shotgun, who I think was Mike Tovey, used a lap robe/blanket to fasten Babe to his seat, took over the reins and ran the stage in for help. The girl was killed instantly. In the newspaper articles, locals said they were pretty sure who had done it but no names were printed and the killer vanished. According to the story written by the other girl years later, that the family has, they went to the dance on the stage and at the dance a young man proposed to the Rodesino girl. Several of the young men were on horseback and were riding home behind the stage but a ways down the road so did not realize what was happening.Added by Goldrush on May 19, 2013 2:55 PM | | | Ruth Ellen Bartels
 | RE: Clover Hilda GIlmour Fears (71542572) Phyllis, Yes, I know Ron well! Thanks for telling me about that. As for the photo of Robert and the others on the running board of the car--it says that it is him, his mother and his maternal grandmother, and four of his children. The oldest child in the photo(on Robert's lap) is a girl. I have that he had 6 sons and a daughter who died in 1949 at the age of 2. The children I have are Robert (b. 1932) then Donald, Steven, William, Raymond, Carol, and James. Can you help me out here? Thanks, Ruth Ellen | | | Ruth Ellen Bartels
 | Clover Hilda GIlmour Fears (71542572) You've added some personal photos of Clover and Robert Fears on her memorial; would you mind if I used them on Ancestry? I'm researching the Gilmour line; both Clover and I trace our ancestors back to James and Eleanor (Callison) Gilmour. | | | Jinny
 | RE: SIGLIE Siglie actually one of the puzzles I am trying to solve in SLC. Catherine Siglie (Siglje) is my great grandfather's (Bart Kasser) mother. Trying to confirm how Marion Siglje (and now Mike) connect. Know they are cousins, but trying to find out how. To date, cannot connect to my tree...just know they 'belong'.
Thx for your help Phyllis! Talk soon. JinnyAdded by Jinny on May 17, 2013 4:05 PM | | | Jinny
 | SIGLIE Hi . . . me again, I'm back. Hope all good with you. My photo on back, in my grandmother's handwriting says, 'Marion' SIGLIE. I see that is different from the marker, and have noticed the 'Martin' as well. Have no photo of Mike SIGLIE. Still planning on contacting you when in Angels, this summer. Leave on Monday for research trip to SLC :) Excited. Never been IN the library before. See ya. JinnyAdded by Jinny on May 17, 2013 8:40 AM | | | CRISTY
 | Josefa Mendoza Great picture, I added her death year. Thank you for taking the time to contact me!Added by CRISTY on May 01, 2013 11:20 AM | | | Julie Bennett Coleman
 | Raymond Broton I've transferred Raymond over to you. I don't believe that there is an online death index for Latah County, and there doesn't seem to be any other Broton's buried in the Latah County cemeteries on Find a Grave.
