Where you come from is who you are....don't forget them. Everyone deserves to be remembered.|
I love old pictures and I love cemetaries....weird I know, but I feel really comfortable in them...go figure...
My family names that I research are Figueira, Andrews, Harbottle, Willing, Burris....

There was also a grave for Antone Figueira at the same spot, so I posted a photo to his as well. I don't know why these two are placed together, but I notice they were born the same year.
|John Andrew Meyer||wrong photo|
I didn't post the headstone photo.

Sorry about that Toni! There was a lot of glare from the direct sunshine that afternoon and I just wasnt paying enough attention. I'll be back up there soon to take the right photo
|Charles Clark||RE: Photo request for Alice Wilson|
Thank you for your effort, however this is not the Alice Wilson that I am requesting a photo of her marker. I have been given the wrong locations by Laurel Land when I contacted them. It seems that there are numerious Alice Wilson's buried in this Cemetery. Another person, Barbara Jackson, was also unable to locate the grave site.
Alice Jane Farr Wilson 5/29/1858-1/10/1941 should be buried next to her husband, Henry Richard Wilson 3/4/1860-2/2/1923.
I appreciate the work you are doing for others.
If I am able to find the exact location of Alice's grave site, I will contact you.

Thanks for trying. I found in the Texas death records on Family search where Charles Franklin Nelson was buried in Laural Land Cemetery Dallas,
Let me see if I can get the immage of the death certificate to come up. It should tell the cemetery.
I would like the pictures of his parents James Pinkney and Julia Mullins Nelson to be put on find-a-grave.
I will post them in Laural Land Cemetery tonight. Could you then, put the pictures on their grave cite.
Thanks again for your trouble.
|Christopher Tucker||Glad to have helped you.|
I'm glad I could help you find your brother. I was in the cemetery looking for another person that we buried there and I figured while I was there I could help you as well. I am happy to have pleased you. Have a nice day...
