Bio and Links
Bio Photo Descendant of the Grumbles family, who arrived in Texas in 1838, and in Austin by 1845. Other family lines of interest include (but not limited to): Best, Blackmon, Blaylock, Cartwright, Faulkner, Giles, Ichante, Morris, Moseley, Musick, Nixon, Plumley, Searle, Summerfield, West, Whitfield.

My primary goal is NOT to compete in amassing a huge number of memorials to create or manage, but instead to seek information on people in my family tree, ensure that information is accurate, and link memorials of spouses, and children/parents, both for sentimental reasons and to help others in their own searches.

RE: death date of Robert Bishop Mosely
That's why I put the note about correcting date. No one added to Find a Grave, the headstone is not marked like is is dead.

RE: death date of Robert Bishop Mosely
I appreciate the nudge to correct it. Actually, I am communicating with my brother who lives in state and handles the affairs to correct marker itself. It is not engraved with a death date!!! I could not remember the actual date and put a guess.

I too am a Grumbles relative. Robert Mosely is my dad and Myrtle Mae (Grumbles) Spiers was his half sister

Benjamin Grumbles
I removed the middle name "Franklin" for Benjamin Grumbles. I try not to make a habit of trusting family trees but since I added the information 5 years ago I can't remember from where I would have gotten "Franklin." Thank you for pointing it out!

RE: Helen Frances Young
Judith, you can find images of Helen Frances Cartwright and her husband Dog's as well as his 2nd wife in the Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Harralson Co, Bremen Game records. It took me 4 trips out to find them, but I did.

RE: Henry L. Cartwright tombstone photo
You are quite welcome. I was unsuccessful at locating Helen Francis Cartwright Young. The guy that has added the majority of the interments did not record her there. I will keep an eye out.
