RE: Elizabeth & William Gregg
Hi Anne: You are so very welcome. I enjoy looking for others in records as there isn't much for me to discover on my own family anymore. Hope you find Jasper. Chris

RE: Elizabeth & William Gregg
Hi Anne: So I called the Orange County Recorder on Jasper Hanson. They had no record of his death. However, in the early days, Orange County deaths were recorded in Los Angeles County and he suggested looking there. However, you can't get them by phone. I searched an online database for LA County that covers from the 1880's through 1904 and did not find him either. Sorry I could get more information. Chris

RE: Elizabeth & William Gregg
Hi Anne: I had a friend check the obits for Orange County, but unfortunately the sources online start with 1905 so she was unable to find any record of him. I don't know if you would have any luck writing for a death certificate from the Orange County Recorder. You might check their website and see if they have death certificates of that age. Sorry I couldn't find any additional information for you. Chris

You're very welcome. I enjoy helping where I can. Did you ever consider that perhaps he was sent back to wherever his wife might have been buried? Just a thought. Chris

You are very welcome.

I haven't run across Jasper. Fairhaven did not open until 1910, so there are no burials that old at Fairhaven. I checked the partial index available for the Santa Ana Cemetery which is older and adjoins Fairhaven, but did not find a listing for him.

RE: photo of graves at St. Peter's
I would be very happy to do the photos for you---do you have any info on their plot location in St. Peter's? I need the section and anything else you can give me. Thanks!

McCarthy & Hanson
The Hansons' graves are unmarked. And, there is an 18 yoa Joseph Gibbons McCarthy between Patrick & Elinor. I took a photo just in case.
