I have relatives all over southern Indiana and Kentucky so when I visit them I always look at the area cemeteries and try to fulfill any photo requests in the area. Oh definitely. I think there are lots in Brickwall that might be underneath the dirt just a bit or underneath leaves. So this fall when the trees are dying for the year and the bushes aren't green, we'll take some rakes and machetes out there and clean it up a bit.

Oh wow, you've been busy!

Taylor and I went out to Brickwall over the weekend and it's so flourished with plants, you can't hardly find any stones (although I think you've pretty much photographed that whole cemetery.) My Dad wants to go clean it up some this fall, which I'm happy about.

That's great! ^_^ Even happier to hear that.

Have you been to any other Henderson cemeteries as of recent?

Looks like Dianne beat me to thanking you for the photos of the Powell-Raymond cemetery!

I was elated to lurk Findagrave this early morning and find that you'd been out there and added photos. Definitely overjoyed me. :)

I'm glad so many stones are still out there, but, a little dismayed that apparently a lot weren't or you'd have put up photos for them. At least some of the oldest ones are still there! :)

Oh My!! Cannot thank you enough for the Nicholson and Powell grave marker photos and delighted to see what good condition they are in considering that the cemetery is not at all well maintained.

Joseph Hill Nicholson and Mary Francis Nicholson-Powell were the brother and sister of my great grandfather James Lewis Nicholson.

Let's hope someone in the Henderson area will take it upon themselves to maintain this old cemetery.

Again, cannot thank you enough for tracking out in that over grown field for the photos.

Thank you for the photos
Thank you so much for the Photos of my grandfather's grave stone, Louis Stangle. It was so kind of you to do this. I'm sorry I did not send a thank you earlier, I just hadn't realized the photo request had been filled yet.
