RE: Mary - ALL our pics on Headstones!!
Hi Janice! You are so welcome!! A note like yours is the reason I do what I do. Please let me know if you have more relatives in the area, I would be glad to take pictures for you.

Blessings to you,

Hi Janice,
I thought you might like to know that I just posted a picture of Fran's headstone to her memorial page.
I read what you had written in the bio section. It made me smile to see such sweet memories shared!

Hi Janice,
Well, are we going to get this "big" snow they are predicting? I know we need the moisture, but I'd rather have it in liquid form :-)

Thanks for the info on your sister. I went ahead and created the memorial for her and transferred it to you. I added your little story about Christmas and the guitars, but since you now oversee the memorial, you can do what you want. Please don't forget to let me know if there are any other family members you would like to take over management of the memorials.

I am finally feeling normal again. That bug was NASTY!

Talk to you soon!

RE: Viola Kucera
Glad to hear that you got it all taken care of. Yes, it's been a looooong week...still feeling the effects but on the mend. Just remember, don't get real excited about anything you do on Find A can always be "fixed" in some way if you don't like how it turns out. Glad to hear you have someone who can physically be there to show you how to do things. Just explaining something in words doesn't always cut it- I've always been the type of person who needs to watch somebody do something!

Have a great Sunday Janice!

RE: Charles Kucera
Hi Janice,
Fighting a stomach flu bug, so sorry I didn't get back to you sooner.

It says "Add to My Friends" on a person's profile page until you click on it. Then it changes to "Remove from Friends" after you have added that person. You would only click that link IF you wanted to remove me or anyone else. So you're fine- I'm still listed as your friend :-)

Haven't had a chance to "look you up" on Google or YouTube but plan on doing that today while I'm home still fighting this flu bug!

RE: Your Daddie, Charles Kucera
You might check on one of the discussion forums to see if Find A Grave can delete the message for you, but you can't do it. My only suggestion would be that if it bothers you that much, you should just redo the message.

Now, to "link" your parents, just copy the Memorial # at the bottom of the page (on one of your parents) and "copy" it. Then go to the page of the other parent and click the link under "bio" that says "link family members". Several empty boxes will pop up and you just "paste" the number into the "spouse" box. Then your parents will be linked after you save.

Take care Janice!

Your "flower" for your father-
Hi again Janice,
Sorry, but I can't add a space into your message. Simply can't do that after you have added a message to a memorial. I left the bio's of your parents blank because I figured that you would want to fill these in with personal information that I don't have.

RE: Charles A. Kucera Jr.
Hello Janice,
I've transferred your mother and father to you. As for your sister, I can't find her in the Exeter memorial listings. What was her "given" name? Was she married? When I have that info, I can transfer to you.

Also, it only costs $5 to sponsor a memorial forever. You just click on the "heart" that says "sponsor a memorial" on the left side of the page. It lists the steps to complete to sponsor one.

I'm so glad I was able to help you with your quest. If there is anything else I can do, don't hesitate to contact me.

RE: Charles A. Kucera Jr.
I remember you saying that he was in Exeter's cemetery...and he is the only Charles there. So go to the cemetery's home page and type in his name in the search boxes (first/last). Should take you right to the listing. OR, you can put in his memorial number in the Begin New Search action to the left (#121640241).
