I started adding and searching for family members thru find a grave, after searching ancestry trying to find something on my fathers family. While searching ancestry a hint showed up for find a grave. With find a grave, I have connected family members back many generations. Thankfully many times, women's maiden names are listed or perhaps even her parents attached to her find a grave memorial. Many times newspaper clippings and photo's are also attached.
I now request a photo of their grave and add the Cemetery with their Find a Grave Memorial Number to their page on Ancestry.com.
Every family member I find a name and death record on Ancestry.com, I then search for on find a grave. Which much of the time I find graves from generations ago attached.
I'm hoping for future generations it will make it easier to help connect dates, places, parents, siblings, and possibly even a story and pictures of many descendents thru find a grave.

Robert Jones in Evergreen Cemetery
I have a photo of Robert's headstone to add to the memorial page. Find-a-grave has a 20 photo limit. If you would like to remove a photo, then I can add the headstone photo.

You had requested a photo, of the stone I assume. What do you want to know? I don't have a photo of the stone but he was my Uncle so I can probably help you.

You are very welcome, marty! It took me a bit of time to find Gloria's grave, but it was a pleasure to be able to photograph it. The Garberville cemetery is just up the street from my place, so it is an easy and interesting walk for me.
