I first stumbled upon Find A Grave when looking up information on a famous person when they had passed away. I found the site quite interesting. I then began establishing Memorials for Family members, then slowly began on Friends.|
Some would say that I've always had a strange fascination with death. Perhaps I do.
We all will die at some point. Our names will become that of the past. I feel our lives while we are here are very special and have meaning to many people. I don't feel we should ever be forgotten. The Find A Grave site gives us just that. Memorials added to the site will be here always.
I enjoy being a part of this.

Where is the location of the Owenton Colored Cemetery. Was the cemetery on Cubbage Avenue/Street off of West Seminary Street in Owenton, Ky.

As you may see, I attempted to locate this person's headstone. Unfortunately, there is only empty grass at the moment. I suspect that a headstone has not yet been purchased. However, just east of her plot there is a headstone for Hedwig E and Otto E Graff (which match the name of her parents). I took a picture of it just in case. If you are interested, let me know and I will send it to you.

While at the cemetery I took a picture of a headstone right next to the Cluff's that was their child who passed away. If you would like that picture I can email it to you.
