Thanks for all the information you provided about E. M. Bainbridge. I am now walking Bagdad Cemetery to provide our first real map of all the burials. I at first could not understand why Mr. Bainbridge was buried in Bagdad but now I know he was buried in the plots for the Magill Family. The Magill family was a well established family here in Williamson County and lived near the community of Bagdad.

I am Adam Blakely Ross and I have virtually no information about my grandfather William Blakely. IF you have any information that I can ad to the family ancestry that would be very helpful and much appreciated.
William met my grandmother Margaret after the death of his wife and they had my father Ronald William Blakely who changed his name to that of his stepfather, Rocco Ross, out of respect before joining the Navy. My father added Blakely to my name to keep the name alive in our family.
Thank you for any assistance and information you can provide.

Hi Michael, I just wanted to say your discoveries about the people that contributed during the Railcar era in Los Angeles are amazing. I have been wondering specifically about where William Blakely was buried for quite some time. I loved the write up you did for E. M. Bainbridge, it sounds like something straight out of a movie. Does any of the track still exist in Glendale? Do you know how to find a map of where the G&M line went exactly?

I have found the site sometimes gets bogged down because of so much traffic and the search screens sometimes return a blank screen or no matches found when there are matches which you will find if you run the search a few minutes later. It's very frustrating, as you are finding out. Not sure what they can do to fix it unless they need to add more servers.
