This is a link to the German cousin and his work. He has posted it to the internet and I want you to see if you can connect to it. This is far more than I personally have on the Fischer family. Karl Muller's work will take your wife several generations back into Germany. I am still looking for my pictures.

Give me a day or so and I will get a gedcom file ready and some pictures. I currently take care of my mother who is on dialysis three times a week and my step-father who has mobility problems. If you do not hear from me in a few days, send a reminder as my days can get hectic and blurred. As far as teachers left from 1981, only Barbara Byrnes is left. It has been a long time ago since you were in my fifth/sixth grade classroom back in 1981-1982, but yes, I am that Mr. Durham. I don't have much on the Fischer family, but I do have 6 generation back into Germany on the Racke family. I made contact with a "relative" in Germany and I have a picture of the church in Oberstedten,Germany where the Racke family was baptized, married and buried back to the 1630's. So your wife can let me know what she needs and in the mean time I will search for better pictures of the Fisher Cemetery.

Yes, I have photos of all of the stones at Fisher and I am confused as to the errors on the dates. I sent this information to findagrave as a spreadsheet and dates seem to be confused. I am further confused by the missing picture of the stone for Charity and Mary C. I will have to local the disk with the information and then post it. Thanks for catching the errors, I do not wish to pass along false information. I have two questions for you: 1) how are you related to this set of Fishers?(Elizabeth Racke's brother Frederick Racke was my immigrant ancestor) 2) are you the Bryan Metzmeier who has scuba diving parents?
