RE: Rice-Bittmann
Please send the most recent message, and I will reply.

The latest email I have from you is July 7, where you sent a descendant report of Charles Rice, whose daughter Sarah H Rice married Charles Bittmann in 1894. They moved to San Francisco. My father was related to Charles Bittmann. I will have to look at his line--I have not looked at this genealogy since last summer, but have some limited informationon their three children.

I finally found the cemetery office open and the grounds keeper in!!... sorry it has taken so long but this is a small town and he works only part time.
I have posted the picture of her unmarked grave. I sure was hoping for a marker after you have waited so long for a picture, but now you do know for sure she is buried there.

Are you related to Sarah Harmon Rice who married Charles William Bittmann? I am researching this family.

RE: Loran Clark
Loran's brother, Luther Clark, was my 2nd great grandfather. Sorry, I don't have any additional information about Elizabeth.

RE: Loran Clark
I'm sorry, but I don't know what happened to Loran's wife Elizabeth - it wasn't until recently that I discovered where Loran ended up. Loran's brother Luther was my 2nd great grandfather.

RE: Transfer
I don't believe Nat'l cemetery graves can be transferred. You might verify this with Findagrave.
