Just taking random photos @ Springdale. Your Hoslers had a son. Please see 131538027.
Sorry about that--the message was intended for the person who transferred that one to you...there's no way to contact her except by sending a message to one of the memorials she manages. I guess I clicked on her list of ones she added, not thinking that she may have transferred the first one on the list...again, I apologize for the mix-up.
Okay I've transferred them.
I see that you transferred John over to Old Quaker...that's good b/c the listing for Piggott ppl in that cem. that I have does have John & a death yr w/ an age only for him but I'm sure that's correct & only a yr for another & nothing for the 3rd as per a June 1960 cem. survey.
I'll try & get up into the cem. to post a photo of the group of markers from INSIDE the cem. but until then I posted a photo of the cem. from the view from the rd. below onto the pg. for Jacob Haines Mem# 89594819

Hi Sylvia --
I have no idea what's going on with these cemeteries, but I've simply removed the memorials that I had created and will defer to the expertise of local researcher to enter them correctly.
As to the Piggott memorials, I have no idea if I even saved the list I was given, so I can't tell you the original information, but according to the Esther Weygandt Powell book, there are two Piggotts buried in the Quaker Cemetery:
John Piggott 1855? ae 78
____? Piggott 1845 ae ?
Sorry I can't be more help.

You do understand that there IS a "John Piggott Died 1855 age 78" (aka born in 1777) buried in Old Quaker & THAT John Piggott is NOT up the rd. in Friends & should be moved over to/listed in Old Quaker?
I ask b/c somebody else that had ppl in the wrong cem. just didn't get it even though they said they, themselves, had been physically in both cemeteries.
Apparently in June 1960 the markers for John & "_____ Piggott Died 1845" in Old Quaker were still there & readable enough to be found when they went through the cem. cataloging the markers.

Since you did visit the cem. (up on the little knoll across from the auto shop) that had John (D: 1855, Age 78) if you will look at the photo I posted on the main pg. for the cem. you currently have him in you will notice that it's not the same cem.
Now, as to your other dilemma...
Unfortunately, I'm not 100% positive who the other Piggott is.
All I have is a listing from a survey done in June 1960 & in that survey next to John's name is just the name Piggott & the date of 1845 & so I don't know for positive that it's Eleanor or not b/c it could be a child, parent or some other relative buried there & I can't find a death record for Eleanor at all.
Now as to duplicate names...
Ppl are constantly "recycling" fam. names so there will be duplicate names & heaven forbid if the 2 ppl w/ the same name die in the same yr & their markers don't have their age & or birth date on them...UGH! Or occasionally sometimes ppl are even moved from 1 cem. to the other.
BTW, I'm going to send you an edit for Phebe.
I've added grave stone photo of Amelia Preston, Grinnell, Iowa. Clio
