I will try again. My scanning bit the dust and my sisters computer is being worked on. When she gets hers back I will try to send the photos again.

RE: Nathaniel Scott
I remember talking to you from Florida. When we got back I was so busy with work and school kind of put things on the backburner. I start vaction Monday and plan to just stay around the house working. May go to Turkey Run one day.
My printer broke but my scanner works so I will try to send them to your email.
We had a terrible storm here June 4 and hundreds of trees down in the northern part of the county. They say it was straight line winds, whatever it was, I was scared to death. No trees close to fall on the house but branches hit the side and damaged the siding. Not roof damage. The neighborhood looked like a warzone.
My son was cleaning up for his band directors grandma and found out I had been emailing her. She found my name on findagrave and she is descendant from Conrad and Catherine Scott Gilmore through their son Charles Welch. What a small world.

RE: Nathaniel Scott
My gr-gr-grandmother, Elizabeth, was the oldest and Uncle Fish the youngest but there was 6 or 7 more. I can't remember them all but there was a Charles and Thomas. They still have descendants that live in Jasper County.

RE: Nathaniel Scott
My Catherine was married to Conrad F Gilmore. Conrad served in the Civil War and died from sickness. His body was returned to Rensselaer for burial. I have the card that was on his casket when it was shipped home by rail. It said, "The body of Conrad F. Gilmore to Mrs. Catherine Gilmore Francisville, Indiana." She was pregnant at the time. He died in January and a son was born April, she named him Conrad Fishburn Gilmore and they called him Fish. My father remembered him, his gr-gr-Uncle.

There are a couple other people I know that are connected to Nathaniel also but will have to wait til I get home to find there addresses. One is in New York and is through my line of Catherine. The other was from Alabama but not sure which line. He was very interested in some land records I had of Nathaniel that I found while researching in Pike and Sciota Counties in Ohio

I am in Florida right now on Spring break with the family. When I get home I can go through my records. You can email me at mmsholey@netnitco.net. I will scand the pictures to you. I believe her name was Amy or Ann not sure. She is buried in the Crockett Cemetery but have found no stone. I have contact with descendants from another sister, I also found through findagrave, Margaret Scott McDonald. I am not sure if they have any photos but will check.

RE: Nathaniel Scott
Catherine was from his first wife McDowell I believe. Catherine is buried next to Nathaniel. She was married to Conrad F. Gilmore, he is buried a few rows up from them in the Civil War soldier section. I am from their oldest daughter Elizabeth Ann that married Anderson Wesley Jenkins, Anderson was also in the Civil War. I have pictures of them.
