Hardy Strickland is a "famous" memorial. Although I created the memorial and did the bio, it is controlled by the administrators of Find A Grave because of its famous status.
In the Discussion Forums, there is a section called Famous Memorial Updates. You can put any parental links there. Any spouse or child links can be done by the owners of those memorials. (The thread isn't always open, so you have to wait an catch it.)
