Hooker Family
Hi Jack, I am not kin to the Hooker Family, I grew up in Transylvania County, North Carolina. I enjoyed linking family members together, and when I come across someone and I know who they belong to, I link them together, hoping it will help a family member find their loved ones. Any Hooker family member I have I will be happy to transfer to you, for family should be together, then you will be able to add family information.
Thanks for writing. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

John Dodds
I thank you with all my heart for spending the time searching for my family members. The Mayo's Dodd's and McDaniel's are my ancestors for South Carolina.....He is my grandmothers (Lucinda Mayo) lineage and she married Hamilton McDaniel born around 1817. They both came from South Carolina but after 20 years of searching by a lot of people, we can not find Hamilton Mcdaniel's parents.....John Dodds was married to Rebecca Harkness... All I have is land deeds from John and Rebecca. I have a county cemetery book for my home town that provides a lot of info. I really hope to get to South Carolina and try to find out more.....I again thank you so very much and God Bless you....Barbara (McDaniel) Mealer
