|My full name is Roderick Beebe Sullivan, Jr. I've been addicted to genealogy for at least 15 years; and have focussed mainly on the Wheelock surname, but have spent some time on my Sullivan ancestry as well.|

No problem! Thanks for info - looking at the stone for a second time I get the middle and last names. Thanks!

You're very welcome Rick

You're welcome, I took the photo from last summer. It takes me a long time to get the photos posted. I take 1000's of photos all summer, then I try to catch up posting in the winter, but I am way behind.
I finally found the cemetery records and I am right with the records. Alvin Wheelock died May 25, 1858, aged 68 years 8 months 25 days, that's what I made out on the headstone. I think that would make the birth date, August 31 1789 wouldn't it? Cemetery records and personal records from back then are often wrong especially the year. August 31 and Sept 1 one day apart. I'd bet that's him, with a wife Sophia buried next to him, I posted her headstone too. The record doesn't have her maiden name.
Let me know if you want me to transfer Alvin & Sophia. Also, I just found this, Theodolia Wheelock (1814 - 1829)Memorial# 87299809 Daughter of Alvin & Sophia Wheelock, you probably know about this memorial, but I thought I would let you know in case you didn't.

You're welcome Rick, glad to help.
|Ron Kinney||RE: Josiah Crumb Photo|
You're very welcome.
I took those photos last summer. I don't have Delos or Jane at this time. I do go out that way a few times a year and I will check for them at that time. There is probably a foot or more of snow up there in the hills right now.
I do have a photo of Josiah's father Waitstill 1771-1844 and his second wife Lydia 1792-1881, if you want to put in photo requests for them, I will be glad to add them for you. There are 2 Lydia Crumb's listed, Waitstill's wife Lydia is the first one listed. The second, Lydia Waitstill that is listed, is probably Waitstill's sister and her married name is Northrup. I don't know why they have her under the Crumb name.
Deacon Waitstill Crumb would be the ggg grandfather of the woman that is 95. His wife, Lydia might or might not be her ggg grandmother. Waitstill's first wife was Cynthia (Holcombe) Crumb and I don't know where she is interred.
If there is anything else I can do, just let me know.
Sincerely, Ron Kinney
I was at Soule Cemetery looking for Salem Wheelock today. I realized after I got home that I took a picture of the wrong one - Salem D. Wheelock 1819 - 1896. I uploaded that one and will try again another time. I didn't see any other Wheelocks in that section so I'll keep on looking.

|Greg Furniss||RE: Loron Wheelock|
You're very welcome. I believe his wife Eusebia has a stone to the right of his - would you care for a photo of that as well? .
Thanks for the use of your great photo.
