I have a John McMillian Marsh born 1724 , son of Jonathan Marsh and Elizabeth McMillian .
But that Jonathan Marsh was my 5th Gr Uncle born 1705 in Ireland and married 1724 in Ireland. They were Quakers , much to my surprise, but have copies of the permission granted by their Quaker family males and females for them to leave and come here. And that William Penn secured land for them and guarented they would be at home in a new Quaker settlement. Also that he got all the land from his father Joshua Marsh according to Joshua's will
