I plan to go back to the cemetery as soon as the weather allows. Today it is very cold and everything is snow covered. I want to try again to get better photos of all of the Schuler monuments. Sometimes that type of stone will show better if I wet them down. I didn't have my sprinkling can with me that day. Also I am trying to photograph and identify all monuments in section C. There are many that are going to be hard to identify due to age and weathering. Nancy is not listed in the cemetery book. That does not mean that she is not buried here. I miss a stone sometimes too. If I remember right there was a large Schuler stone with smaller stones around it but I accidently deleted it. If that is the case I will add it to Charles' memorial also.

I sent some edits for Eli McClelland, with the hope that we can get that one accurate. :o)
You're welcome. I'm happy to help fill in a piece of the family puzzle!

I'm sure you noticed THIS name problem? Was her maiden name perhaps Matthews? Wed Hardy? If so, we can fix it.

You are very welcome!

You're welcome! I tried to use a photo editing program to make the inscription more legible, but that hasn't worked so far. You can feel the lettering in his name because they are raised, but the rest are not and harder to read.

I located Johanna's grave site and uploaded a photograph using a temporary marker.
