I love the History of my people! Both in Buckingham County, Virginia (BOLLING,PAYNE, HARRIS) and also Georgia (MOORE, FINDLEY, MAUND). The cemeteries of these and other states have given me many clues as to "What and Where" - The folks I have met, during this research, have been so kind - and I thank each and every one of them from the past and for the future. Dear Mrs. Patt Freedman,
Thank you for all you are doing, have done , and shall do. It is well.
I saw your Paynes and Bollings too.
Over the James from Buckingham in Nelson County. We have a lot of em.. some very close kin. In the County Seat of Lovingston we have Paynes in the County Offices.
The Paynes and Harvies/Harveys have been together since a.d. 1584 ( the LOST COLONY) Ronaok Colony.
In Buckingham that fire set probably by the Clerk destroyed so many valuable records too. No way any can replace those now ever.
Please add me as your friend on Find A Grave now.

Someone who does a lot of my picture request helped with that one. It cleared the mystery of the two Dovies in the different cemeteries. MHN

Yes, the McCullock grave could use some maintenance. I didn't have anything with me to clean it off with, so I had to do the best I could using a stick to get the dirt out of the inscription so it was somewhat readable. I am not that familiar with Buckingham County, and don't know anything about Chellowe. As for the Taggart cemetery, I may be able to take photos there the next time I'm in the area.

Photo posted for Eula
You are welcome. I'll work on getting the photos up on the wife's MP. It may take me a few more days to do it due to high usage of internet time, be assured it will get posted eventually.
Have a great day - Jean Even

When I found Nannie's stone, and reading the inscription, I found her husband stone right next to hers. I took a photo of it as well. Will be glad to post it if you would like to establish a memorial page for him as well.
Enjoy your day - Jean Even

Posted a photo on Carl Jackson Bolling. The plot number is with the caption and I thought you would like to establish a memorial page for his wife Eula May. If so let me know and I'll post the same photo on her memorial page. Or I can establish a memorial page for Eula May and transfer it over for you to add to and maintain.
Have a great day, Jean Even
