RE: Adam Neil Jr.
Hi Wanda,
The two Neill grave stones are side by side. They are the only two Neill's showing on the transcription of this cemetery. The transcription was probably taken in 2000/2001. Both of the grave stones are very worn from age and the weather. The transcription list has Adam Neill II, born May 1, 1839, died 1844. To the left of him the transcription has Adam Neill, born March 1, 1830, died 1890.
It is my personal opinion that the transcription for the Neill's is not correct. After enlarging the grave stone photos, it appears on one to have "Died May 1, 1839". I could be misreading the 9 in the 1839. It's possible it could be a 0. Something is written underneath the 1839, but it is only words, I think "Age".
The grave stone of the other Adam Neill I also feel is not correct. After enlarging, it appears to have, "Died March ?, 1839". Underneath the death date it appears to have written, "Aged, 60 Years".
Sometime in the past, someone has defaced the older Neill's grave stone. It has a yellow substance in the engravings. Most of it has deteriorated over the years. Shame on whoever did this!
I will contact the church to see if they kept/keep records of burials. Maybe they have more accurate information than the transcription. I will let you know what I find.

Regards, Sue

RE: Norma Jean Kirkpatrick
It certainly is a nicer photo than the one that came with her obituary. Would you mind if I "stole" it for her memorial page on

Thanks for the Obit for Mittie Hardy. She was my Great Aunt. I added the obit to her page. If you find and obit for her husband (Willis H. Hardy) I would like to have it too.

Thanks very much for sharing the obit, it adds valuable information to his memorial and will be treasured by descendants to come, I am sure.

Re; Cleo Tye
On each memorial is a tab labeled EDIT. Click on this tab and it will take you to a menu of options. Click on SUGGEST A CORRECTION. Write your request for a transfer and send it to me. Do this for each memorial, don't try to save time by asking for multiple requests on one request form because it doesn't save time. Do this for me and I'll get them to you as quick as I can.

RE: Pearl Simmons
Yes if you use the suggestion or correction function and ask whoever created the memorial to add it, they will.

And you are very welcome
