Born in Northeast Kansas, living in Niagara Falls have always been interested in Family History.|
I enter records here on Find A Grave to help others find the graves of lost family members. If you'd like me to update any memorials please use the SAC (Send a Correction) option and I'll address them as quickly as possible.
I hope the work I do- helps others, and really appreciate work others do to help my research projects.

|Chip Kalb||Catherine Ziegel Weissís 2nd Husband|
Hi! Iím from the family of John Haas, Senior. As the custodian of the graves of his second wife Catherine Ziegel Weiss and his stepdaughter Mary Weiss Stein, you may be surprised and pleased to know that we have several photographs of them and Catherineís other daughters and stepsons. Most of them, besides Maryís, have not been identified yet. But I have plenty of information about John and his family. He was Johannes Haas, the third son of Jacob Haas and his second wife, Anna Maria Schend. He was born on 20 March 1843 in Steinborn, Kreis Daun, Rheinprovinz, Prussia ( Kreis Vulkaneifel, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany ). He came to America in either 1858 or 1859 to avoid military duty and to join his half-sister, Barbara Haas Oelberg, in Wisconsin. But they moved to Kansas in the next year. Iím from the branch of Johnís oldest brother, Johann Peter Haas, whose grave is right next to Johnís monument at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Would you like to know more??? = ))

Wondering if Glenda LaCoursiere could be listed as Glenda Collins. There is a marker with Glenda E. Collins and the same year of birth/death with a photo.
So sorry that I haven't gotten your photo requests done but have been having some health problems. Just got out of the hospital and trying to catch up on edits and requests a little at a time. I'm going to transfer the ones to you that you've requested obits to be added, as you'll get it done quicker than me, hope that's ok.
I'm sure Theresa has told you how hot it's been here, it's awful! I hope that you're doing ok.

We have a headstone photograph for her. Please move her to MT Olivet cemetery in Anaconda and we will post the picture.

I added a photo to William Taylor's memorial but I have a little confusion that I believe I figured out correctly, if I made any errors I will correct them so the family can be linked.
There were 6 others names besides William's.
H.W. Taylor, F.K. Taylor, Jennie Taylor, Loyd C. Taylor, Homer Taylor, and Jeannette Taylor.
I found that F.K. is Ferris Kyle, William's son, and that Jennie was Ferris' wife. I also found his son, Homer. There was a Loyd C. that I think is Clinton Aloyd, who is another son.
I was curious though about Jeannette because the dates on the marker are in error somewhere because the marker says 1800-1922 which would have made her 122 when she died. Since 1922 is close to 1923 and Jennie could easily be a nickname for Jeannette do you think they are the same person? I wasn't sure, so I didn't link Jeannette's memorial to the others. If they are the same person, let me know and I will remove my memorial for her.

I wanted to let you know that Jeremiah Clark unfortunately did not have a stone. I uploaded a plot photo in its place. His plot would be in the center of the photo.

Kickapoo Memorial Cemetery
I took photos of all the stones in Kickapoo Memorial and only found one with the name of Mary Baker.
It is more of a memorial than a marker, so not sure if this is what you were requesting.

Yes, that's what I've been doing, by the dates. Hope to get out there this weekend since the weather is so nice. Have a great weekend.
You didn't by any chance get a map of the cemetery for the locations? That would really help in locating them. If so, I'll send you my email address.
