I enjoy helping people, photography and genealogy so visiting nearby cemeteries to provide photos is a natural fit and my pleasure.... besides it gives me some needed exercise!|
If you see a memorial I created that you want to manage please email me and I will gladly transfer it to you. Please include your Contributor ID# that appears beside your name in your profile.
If you want to use any of the photos that I have taken and posted feel free to do so...just drop me a line, I may also have a different view of the photo.
I have copies of the old Philos Cemetery burial books and maps and also I have access to St James' Episcopal Church records here in Westernport.
Information for many of the Fazenbaker memorials is from the book " The Fazenbaker Family of Western Maryland" by Walter L. Warnick 1991.
I reside in Westernport, Allegany Co, Maryland
Please email me if you would like an invitation to these myfamily sites:

Sure, it would be an honour to look after my Grandparent's site in this way. A few years back (2004) I had the chance to visit the cemetary and I have a couple of photos I could add also.
I see from your 'bio' that you are responsible for a few other contributions, so I'm sure you won't miss just two!
You are living in Westernport? Are there many Grove's still in the area? I'm living in England, but was born and raised in Pennsylvania. My father was from Ridgely, WV, but I believe the family home was originally in Westernport. I believe also that my Grandfather (Claude) owned/ran a bar/hotel in Piedmont known as the "Hilltop". Is that still there? I have childhood memories of visiting them, lying awake in bed in the mornings listening to the sound of the trucks out on the highway...
Thanks for all that you are doing! Have a Merry Christmas!
Thank you so much! I have been working on a family tree project as as Christmas gift and I am running out of time. LOL You are much appreciated!

Thanks for fulfilling the photo requests! Regarding #106712390 - Does that date look like Jan 26 or 29, 1901 or 1902 to you? Thanks.
