George and Anna Hlavaty
Hi Karen, I finally made it down to Toronto Union Cemetery. It is a beautiful cemetery. I walked the entire J section twice and had a family member do the same. We did not find headstones for George or Anna. I did find some other Hlavaty members and I added those to Find a Grave. However, I DID find some graves that were marked as #42 and #40. Extrapolating from that location I found the location I suspect is J-34. By coincidence this area is located to the immediate left of the brick gateposts, in case you are ever there in person. There were no headstones on that spot, but someone has planted some hosta there. I took two pictures of the site and am sending them to your private email. Perhaps you could call the cemetery office and ask if the graves are possibly unmarked? Then if you want you can make a memorial for them at Find A Grave and use my plant pictures if you wish. Sorry I was not able to find them for you! Best wishes, diane.

RE: My Great - Grandparents graves
Hi Karen, Do you mean Union Cemetery in Steubenville, Ohio? I cannot find a listing for one in Toronto (which is about 10 miles north of Steubenville). If you can contact the office and get the plot locations I can try to get you a picture next time I am down there. diane
