FAIRVIEW CEMETERY/WESTFIELD NEW JERSEY
I have photographed Sec A,C,D, and Paygrounds.
I am now photographing and indexing B and Morningside section.
I am posting plot # based on the 1984-1985 Transcription by the Library Projects Committee, and The Westfield Genealogical Society. Located at the Westfield Library. The plot # were NOT obtained from the Cemetery. If you have corrections please let me know. I have not posted newer graves out of respect for the recently passed. The locations of the plots are based on the map currently in use.

Hi, I'm not sure. I got the plot information from the cemetery card at the Westfield Library website.

|John Lauler||RE: Best family lot C 64|
Thank you for trying to locate the Best plot. An earlier contributor indicated that the caretaker told her that c64 was the right location. I've removed that from my photo request. I'll try to get in touch with the caretaker myself.

|Michael Brynildsen||William Brynildsen|
Thank you so much for getting the pictures of William Brynildsen and family grave markers. He is one of my great grand uncles. He is one of eight boys my great-great grandparents had. My great-great grandparents came to America in 1880 with their two oldest children, John O and Halfdan. The oldest being John is my great grandfather. John and his wife Olga only had two children. My grandfather and my dad didn't get along and my dad aunt didn't have a lot of information to pass down. She did however have some photos and family information that got me started on my quest to document as much as I could about the Brynildsen family. Your help in gathering these photos is a very vital part of my quest and I thank you very much for your help.

Thanks so much for his tombstone photo.

Lori, I want to thank you for getting my great grandparents grave marker pictures. This means so much to me and I really do appreciate your help. I have several other relatives at the same cemetery and I hope you or someone can find and photograph their markers too.

Lori...thank you so much for the pictures of the stone. We were down there in 1986 so the memories of the stones are kind of fuzzy. We thought that both names were on the stone with John's death date omitted. Did you find anything like that? Again, thanks again for your efforts in helping us out.

I'm just wondering if John - Find A Grave Memorial# 64593780 & Henrietta - Find A Grave Memorial# 64593819 are a branch for you or direct ancestors?
John S. Jones b. 21 Oct 1864, more properly John Spader Blake Jones, was a son of John Williamson Jones & Lydia Jane Decker. John S was one of 7 children born to them.
John & Lydia are direct ancestors for me.
