The majority of the memorials I manage are my family members, however if you have a stronger connection to someone I will be happy to transfer. Just let me know how you are connected. Any of the photos that I submit are my personal property, either taken by me or passed down in my family. You are more than welcome to use them for your personal use, but I do not give permission to post any of these photos on any other site.

RE: George Graf
Hi, Kathy. I can't remember if I contacted you previously. Thanks for the info on Franz Graf who had been one of my "black holes". Do you know where he was a professor? I would love any info you might have on him or his family. I would also appreciate anything on your family. Yes, I have a family tree on Ancestry. The easiest way to find it might be to put in my father's name, Raymond Kohlmeyer. I have a few Graf photos found after the death of my aunt, Joanne Graf Schmidt. Included is the holy grail of my pictures-the photo of the Graf family band. I also have a mystery photo taken I think in New York. Perhaps you could help with identification of my mystery man. My email

Hi Kathy,
Great hearing from you. I've replied directly via your e-mail address with some info on Stephen and Bertha Graf's sons.

My Labor of Love
RE: Louis & Lydia Schultz
Thanks for updating these. Lydia C. Schultz (née Wollenberg) is my husband's 1st great grand aunt. I'm lucky to have received Louis & Lydia's daughter's, Lorraine Anita (née Schultz) Tonne, hope chest. Lorraine's husband, Elmer, remarried my husband's grandmother, Elda. Elda and Lorraine were 1st cousin. This family intertwines so

I attached 2 more children to Louis & Lydia.

Thanks for all the work you do, it's very appreciated.

Take Care,

George Graf
Hi, Kathy.

Are you related to George Graf? He is my great-grandfather.

Unfortunately, you show his burial in the wrong cemetery. Both he and his wife Helen are buried in Mount Hope Cemetery in Bellevile, Illinois, as are most of my relatives from East St. Louis, Illinois. Most people from East St. Louis were buried in either Calvary Cemetery (Catholic) or Mount Hope. Mount Hope has had a troubled past, and the records are in jeopardy, but I am trying to find someone to tell me the location of their graves.

I look forward to hearing from you and finding out how we are related. George and Helen's son Stephen was my grandfather.

Thank you for the marker photos for Braun family members at Memorial Park Cemetery in Skokie, IL.
It is difficult requesting photos from that cemetery, so I don't, but still desire photos for many relatives buried there.
Gratefully, RWS

Clara Lawrence

Thank you for your time. I should have asked the office if the grave was marked or not. Lesson learned. The other Lawrence may be related to me, but not sure. If you create memorials for them, it could help me out at a later time or someone else. Again thank you.
