As generations come and go, undocumented ancestors are lost memories, we simply must do this in due respect to the ones that enabled us to be on the planet earth. Thanks!|

|c ammons||Elwood Taylor|
I'm descended from Isham Phillips through his son William (Wiley's brother). William's daughter Nora married William Taylor. I'm trying to find out if Elwood could have been his brother. Would you know Elwood's parents? I know on his marriage license it says he had consent from his stepfather James A Smith. James A Smith married Elizabeth Taylor in Butler co. al. 1877.
William Taylor and Nora Phillips were married 1887.
Their marriage license says he had personal consent of his stepfather, but no name.
William Taylor's death certificate says his parents were William Taylor and Elizabeth Warner? or Warren? Any help would be great.

|Dianne t||Robert and Minerva Knowles|
I am the great grandaughter of Robert Harrison and Minerva Phillips. In viewing some of the
information listed on this site I see that quite
a bit has been ommitted. I have a list,compiled
some 35 or 40 years ago, by my mom and her eldest sister,of all the children of the aforemention couple.
My mom was the daughter of Andrew Bert Knowles the 8th of their 12 children. I met 5 of my grandfather's siblings as a young girl and as a teen. I have hand written month, day and year of each child's birth. My mom and her sisters knew most of my grandfather's brothers and sisters. They knew Minerva. Robert died one month before my mom was born. Her eldest sister was 10 when Robert died and another sister was 7. Minerva died May of 1935 just 5 months before my grandmother. My mom was 16 years old and remembered Minerva well.
My mom and aunts spent a lot of time with their Knowles relatives and wanted me to have as much knowledge of our ancesters as possible.
I hope I haven't offended you by sending this but I just felt all the information should be known.
1.Daughter of Nancy Laverne Knowles
2.Grandaughter of Andrew Bert and Maggie Carolyn
3.Great granddaughter of Robert Harrison and
Minerva Phillips Knowles

Hi cousin Freddy,
Did I ever reply to your message from 2011 about transferring Barney Manning to you? If not I apologize. I do not remember seeing it before today. I would be happy to transfer him to you, if you can tell me how to do it.
I would love to compare notes on our family trees.
Look forward to hearing from you.

I don't know which dates are correct, but maybe you can find out and use whichever dates are correct. Just happened to note the differences and thought you should know.

I did transfer her Memorial to you. Although when asking for a transfer it is easier if you put your Contributor ID Number. It makes it easier for the one doing the transferring. I did find your ID# and have transferred this Memorial. Have a great day!

Freddy, in the meantime, I found out my husband deleted it this morning! Sorry for the confusion.
