|I am finally retired and now have time to research my family history. I have been interested since I went to a family reunion in Germany in 1990. I never knew I had so many relatives. It would be a pleasure if I can help anyone or anyone could help me. |
Feel free to use any of the images I have taken in your family research, and don't hesitate to share them with any interested family members.
Please let me know if any of my memorials need correction. If I've made a duplicate it was accidental and I'll gladly remove mine if you let me know. I'm happy to make transfers to relatives or anyone with a closer connection than mine. For corrections, to add additional information, or to transfer, please provide your member number and the memorial number of your family.

Thank you - thought you might be related.
I was adding Viola Croissant's memorial to Find a Grave and have info on some of the Croissant family in my genealogy so thought I would add some of what I have to tie the family together. My mother and Viola Gettman Croissant are somehow related.
My grandparents also attended the Cong. Church in Loveland. I remember Henry & Pauline and Leon & Viola from church and their children from Sunday school. I went to school at Johnstown with Barbara and Sheryl.

There are two photos that are incorrect on John Clouse' (#64885444) memorial in Lakeview Cemetery, Windsor. This John died in 1953 not 1923. Thanks

# 73972774 Lenora E Lucke. I found Lenora's information on your site. Thank you for adding this. She is my 1st cousin 3 X removed. I have been trying to find out more information about her. Our old family bible states that she was married to H.L. Lucke and had three children with him, but according to H.L.'s Find a Grave info, it listed two different spouses and did include two of the above children. Do you possibly have any further information on Lenora? Thank you, Ellen Eckstein

A friend told me about this change a couple days after this was deployed. I have sent edit/s to you so I thought maybe you didn't know about it. You might want to pass it on to your friends. thanks!!! ~Peggy
New "Automated" system for "Suggest a Correction/Submit an Edit"
New System for Memorial Edits deployed by FindAGrave on 12/5/2013
Go to your Contributor/Profile page.
Look in the upper right corner. You should now see a tab called "Edits" - check there to see if any have been submitted to you.
Then just review and accept.
Way easier for doing updates to names / dates / places / plot #s.
You still will get e-mails to add info to bio section or do linking.

how did you learn that this is the wrong person?

You're very welcome glad to have helped in anyway I could. I know a lot of folks may not be able to afford to keep a monthly membership going with ancestry.com and so that's why I posted my findings since ancestry would require a subscription to unlock the viewing of all those documents. My husband allows me to be able to keep the ancestry membership for now cause he knows that I love genealogy research not only our families but have helped our neighbor out to find information on her deceased father that was born in England. At the moment I'm helping a couple of our niece's out to find out more about their families- not any blood relation to me pernonally but just doing it for them to be able to know where they came from.

Your welcome for the information on your family. I did most of my research about them for the bio page from ancestry.com. I am not related to the Lockridge's but found the request for a photo of their grave and live across the street from where they are buried. I can actually see the cemetery out my living room window. When we took the photo's of the Lockridge's stones I walked across the street with my husband and 2 kids'. We split up to different sections to look for people and my 12 year old son was the first to find Lockridges graves.

I had someone look for their burial sites and they reported that they were unable to locate either grave. Just wondering where you got the information to post their burials at the Sedgwick Cemetery. Thanks for your time and consideration.
