RE: Joseph McCleskey Headstone etc
Hi Joyce,

Glad I could be of help. I have to say I have not been able to locate Lovelace Redwine's stone yet. It's possible you may have the only picture of his stone that there is. I did find several grave-sites either with no stone or ones that may be beyond redemption. Do you remember what part of the cemetery he was in? Any info would help as simple as front back left side or right side.

There are about 8-9 persons on the list that I haven't found. I don't know how it looked 13 years ago but it is completely overgrown and many of the stones have been broken off and are now buried in very deep leaf litter making it hard to locate them. My husband and I will have to walk looking for the tell-tell indention of a grave and then search to see if there is any type of marker anywhere. We have taken photos of all of the stones still standing and even some we had to dig up. I am planning to go back out there when time and weather permits. I will keep you posted.

Joseph Campbell McCleskey
Hi Joyce, I put up a picture for this Joseph Campbell McCleskey in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery Memorial #122411725 but not sure since dates etc are so off but the stone says Joseph Campbell Infant Son of SWL and Margaret McCleskey Born 7 of October and Died 19 of November 1844. I know many people named children after deceased children but these two would overlap. Do you think this is the same child or should I create a different memorial for this infant?

Hi Joyce, I don't know if you know this but Find A Grave lets you make edits to anyone's entries. Just click on edit and click on the change you want to make. I do not care if anyone makes edits to my entries but I was happy to add the parents. Thanks, Sammy. P.S, I just finished photographing all of the cemeteries in Franklin County, over 21,000 photos.

RE: Martin versus Sartor Cemetery Naming
Joyce thanks for all the info. It's interesting when you look up Sartor Cemetery on find a grave you find only 3 listings. When we went years ago we were given the name and directions by the lady at the Funeral home in Fulton. She told us the old timers were the only ones who still referred to it as the Old Martin Cemetery. Oh well at least I've been to see where my Great-Great-Great Grandparents headstones are. And they do have the most beautiful ones there. Thanks again... Sandi

RE: Thomas Malone III
No idea about a family Bible. But TEM III had several siblings who had children. Maybe one of them. I don't have contact with any of them unfortunately.
