Bio and Links
Bio Photo I've been working on my family tree for a few years now. My family tree includes the surnames Corbett (Corbet, FitzCorbet), Leichliter, Barcus (Barchus), Rhoades, Taliaferro, Tolliver (Toliver), McHaffie, Spittler and Secrest to name a few. Most of my family came from Pennsylvania and Virginia.

So far during my research I found on my mother's side of the family we are related to President George Washington, President James Madison, General Robert E Lee, and Thomas Green Clemson - the driving force and namesake of Clemson University. All of these relationships are by marriage but of course those count as well.

**FYI** I gladly will correct any information that I have if it is listed incorrectly. I try and research maiden names and middle names if I can but the information on the web is not always accurate. I also try to connect as many family members as I can, it just makes it easier for the next person's
research. A simple please and/or thank you with your request is enough. Thank you!

**You may use any of the photos I have taken for your own personal use, just please cite the source.

RE: genealogy question
From the information I managed to gather/photograph, you might be related to the following people: Earl Peden, Alice Wisecup Peden, Daniel Albert Wisecup, Elizabeth Ann Enfield Wisecup, James Martin Wisecup, Metta Wisecup, Phyllis Walsh Peden, Sarah E. Birdsill & Henry Alpheus Birdsill. Mountain View Cemetery in Colorado is their resting place. There may be a few more I found. I am I the process of finding out the rest. Let me know if this makes sense.

Loretta Gertrude McCullough Miller
At your convenience will you please change the following information. Loretta Gertrude McCullough Miller (#98264148) was married to John F Miller (#98264138), not James Wilson Rambo (#110788962). Mr. Rambo was married to Loretta's sister, Lucetta E McCullough (#98383673). Their names are so similar I don't know how their own mother kept it straight... she probably didn't! Thank you!

John Fredrick Carroll
Hi Sara,
I'm doing research on my Carroll ancestors and came across your Find A Grave information for Jennie Aronhalt Carroll married to John Fredrick Carroll buried in the Ottumwa Cemetery, Ottumwa,
Wapello County, Iowa. From the grave marker it doesn't show her maiden name, so I was wonder where you found that information. Maybe it would be a source for more information about John F. (my Great Uncle) and his father William M. who is my Great Grandfather. Wm was living with John at the time of his death in 1907 and was supposedly returned to Polo, Missouri, where his wife and parents are buried, but we can't find his gravesite anywhere near theirs.
Thank you for your great help and dedication to Find A Grave.

Mary I Elliott #32423636
I can't thank you enough for the photo that you added to the memorial of Mary I Elliott, buried in Spring Creek Friends Cemetery. I suspected she was a daughter of Nathan and Mary Ann Elliott, but the photo allowed me to connect this little one to her family at last.

Very grateful for you efforts.

Hi Sara…my name is Wendy and I am a member of Find A Grave. I Read your Bio so I feel comfortable sending you this information. The Lowenbergs appear to be a very confusing family…anyway a gentleman that went out to take photos today of Lillie Blanch Rosebrook Lowenberg came back a bit confused..but contacted me and let me know what he I thought I would try and send you the corrections in Edits? But I wanted to contact you first by email so you did not think ill of me for the corrections. These things happen…:0)

First of all Lillian Blanch Rosebrook83533096 and Edward William Lowenberg 83533087 share the same headstone, but are connected to different people. Edward is connected as a spouse to 83533091, Minnie Dee Lowenberg and it should be Lillian Rosebrook. He was not married to Minnie. I checked the census records and Edward and Lillian remained married until he died.

Lillian Blanche Rosebrook Lowenberg 83533096 is connected as a spouse to an Edward William Lowenberg 83533096 (who is actually Edwin C. Lowenberg) and she needs to be linked to 83533087.

I tracked down Lillian and Edwards marriage certs..and it states that Edwards parents were Hanton or Hatton Lowenberg and Lottie (Charlotte) Messer. Lillian and Edward were married January 24, 1894 in Wapello, Iowa. Charlotte (Edwards mother) was a widow by the 1880 census so have not found her husband yet.

I decide to post this as a message as well as sending the email..the email was not responding so I am not sure it went thru..I am so appreciative of your help with this..Sincerely, Wendy

Seth J. F. Dean
Hi Sara, You have memorial #79214876 for Seth Dean. I was wondering if you know if he was married before to Mary M. Dean #19158561? I believe he is Mary's husband from census data & would love to be able to make links to the rest of his family if this is him. I'm not related, just found another daughter I think. :) Luella
