| Bio and Links | My name is B.B. Daniels; I was born and raised in St. Louis, Mo., in the suburb of Affton. I am an artist and diorama builder; I love to create! I have always been attuned to cemeteries and funerary art. I own a small tomb in St. Louis Cemetery #3, in New Orleans La., which inspired me to build a 4'x2' replica of a New Orleans style above ground cemetery.It is occasionally on display at a local museum. In one of those strange twists of fate, my favorite historical figure is Valcour Aime, whom I discovered has a tomb only yards from mine!
I also enjoy creating "day of the dead" figures from clay. The "day of the dead" message, is actually very uplifting...that life goes on,even after we die!
I have always prayed rosaries for the dead, and visiting these memorial pages, I think, is a nice addition to that. | |
