I appreciate you getting back to me on the headstone & burial date of a Josiah Clark buried in Price cemetery in Shelby County,IL. I don't believe this to be my ggg grandfather because of his age & the date of when he entered the Civil War. I'm still hopeful my Josiah Clark will be found one day.

I found this to be the only Josiah Clark in company H Unit 150 IL US INF. He would have been born abt 1846 in IL. Were there cemetery burial records for this Josiah Clark? My 3rd great grandfather was Josiah Clark born 1806 in NC. I found him in the 1850 census but in 1860 his wife & two of children are living with their married daughter ( my gg grandmother). Please let me know if this is the same Josiah Clark in your line.
