Hi Roberta - I revisited the Milford Christian Cemetery and Elisha Cooley's headstone does not reveal any inscription regarding his wife. I have reached out to his Find A Grave record creator and have asked him to check his cemetery records for a Hannah Catherine nee Hunt Cooley and to remove the Inscription "Wife of Elisha Cooley" from Elisha's record. I was not able to find her headstone at the cemetery but sadly several stones are broken off or missing altogether. Will get back to you when/if I hear back from Tom. Suz753

Hi Roberta - Not sure if they were buried together but the next time I'm at the cemetery, I will look closer at the bottom of Elisha Cooley's headstone to see if I can make out any further details. It's odd that there isn't a record for her either. I'm also still trying to find Mary Ann Cooley's headstone. The hunt continues.... :) Susie

Thank you for the correction and additional information about Caroline Forman Cooley Rittenhouse. I updated her memorial and added family links. I appreciate the extra info.

Thank you for your suggestion:
"While the year of death my be hard to read, her stone says 46 years. Also, she is the first wife which wouldn't be true if she died in 1848.
Since you don't specify what it is you want me to do, I can only say the following:
Can you provide evidence to support your contention that Elizabeth is the first wife?
Can you provide evidence of other dates of birth and death which would support your contention that her age at death was 46 years?
Did you notice that one of his other wives (Thomazin) died in 1847? That would seem to make her the first wife and Elizabeth the second, would it not?

You are most welcome. We're weren't far away, and surely don't consider the time wasted. Thank you for explaining that Jewish cemeteries are rarely visited which explains why most memorials in the Temple Israel Cemetery do not have photographs.

My husband and I attempted to fulfill your Temple Israel Cemetery photo request today but were unable to as the vehicle entrance and pedestrian entrances were padlocked. We're not the type to scale a fence or circumvent it, but it would have been nigh onto impossible.

Thank you for telling me about the duplicate memorial I created. I have deleted it. I also have linked Adah to her parents.
|Linda Olsen||RE: Louise Green at Shawsheen|
I have been told by family members that she shares a grave with her mother and brother. The grave stone has been updated with Louise's name. I have a photo of grave before her name added see link.
Thank you for your help.
David Blood memorial corrected. Thanks, Alice
