|George Davis||Transfer of memorial|
Could please transfer management of Janey Davis #62801278 to my care? Janey was my gr gr aunt. I'm wondering if the blank/illegible marker next to hers is her father William Isaac Davis? Hopefully I can plan a trip to Marion county sometime next year if possible and perhaps place a proper stone on their graves.

I did not yet get an email from you, but did try resending to your yahoo email again. I guess you may need to add me to your yahoo trusted list in order to send and receive emails?
|George Davis||Thank you!!|
Thank you for so much posting this picture! I'm almost sure this is my gr gr grandmother Nancy Barnes Davis. Have a wonderful holiday season!

Jenny, I tried to email you some items on your Nalley line, but not sure if you got them and you do not have a direct email listed on Find A Grave.
I visited the cemetery yesterday and found some of your ancestors. I have not posted all the headstone photos which I took yet.
My direct email is: email@example.com
I am not sure if I had your email address right when I sent you additional info. Please let me know.

I noticed your Nalley search when you turned in a headstone photo request. I have not claimed the request until I know I can make it to the cemetery. But, it did stem my interest as I, too, have NALLEY in my LYNCH line. So, I just did some searches for info and did find this WWI registration which I thought was neat... he spelled his name and signed it as Jean (versus John) which is typically a French spelling.
I am headed out for the evening, but can email you directly and send some things I found. I have no reason at this point to believe that your Nalley line and mine coincide, but who knows.
I am not familiar with the cemetery and it's location but appears it is not far from where I live from their google map. If someone has not claimed the photo request when I free up (into getting ready to have carpet removed and wood floors installed - lots of packing up china cabinets, etc. to get the rooms being refinished)
Look forward to communicating with you and hope I can find some more info for you on your Nalley line. I did a mini tree and lined up most of the Nalley's and marriages in that cemetery. If you have not already done that my mini tree might help you some too.
