Hill Family Cemetery in VA
Hi Bill,
I was wondering if you are any relation to Anthony Wood? I live near the cemetery where he is buried and could take a picture of the headstone. I know of no pictures of him though.

My grandmother was Anthony's aunt

Thank you

Bob
Robert Wood
He has no headstone but seems to be buried in some sort of group plot. Also buried there is a Albert Alonzo Holbrook who does have a headstone. A John Metz and a Virginia R. Wood. Albert and Robert died on the same day.

RE: Charles and Willie Diedrich photo request Glenwood Cemetery DC
Glad to oblige!

Offie Diedrich has a site that was reserved for her but it looks like she was never interred in that lot at Glenwood.

Link to Plat Book record:

So I am not creating a memorial for her.

Just wanted to let you know.

Charles and Willie Diedrich photo request Glenwood Cemetery DC
There are two other Diedrich's in the lot Frank H.,
Charles and Willie's son, and Offie P. (relationship not stated on the marker).

I will make the memorials and upload the photos.

Have a great day!

James Jordon Request
Hi Bill,
Just saw your photo request for James Jordon. The
cemetery at Western State is not in the best shape. The markers that are placed on the graves are concrete slabs with no markings what so
ever. It is virtually impossible to identify the
graves as they are now. I assume the State of Va
has listings of these gravesites. I just wanted
to share this info with you as I have been there
in hopes of finding gravesites. Sorry I couldn't
be of more help for your request.
Regards -
Beth Brady

Hutchinson - Arlington
Just fulfilled your Hutchinson requests. Also on the stone are Horace & Marie (Bradford's parents?) and James S. Hutchinson. They already have memorials, so I've added the photo there as well.

CALVIN & DICY
i AM PLEASED TO MEET YOUR REQUEST. wHEN i PHOTOGRAPHED THEIR MONUMENT, THE SUN AND CLOUDS WERE PLAYING GAMES. THUS, THE CLOSE-UPS HAVE A DECIDED DIFFERENT HUE TO THE COLOR.

THE CEMETERY AND MONUMENT WAS QUITE EASY TO FIND AND WHILE CALVIN AND DICY HAVE A NICE GRANITE MONUMENT, THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT HAVE LEGIBLE TOMBSTONES.

IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME DIRECTLY AT burns9@embarqmail.com

KINDEST REGARDS,
