Bio and Links
Bio Photo My Mother, L. Naomi Hooper Green was the genealogist of the family, my father William "Jack" Green did his family research too, my goal on FAG has been to post family photos that they acquired in their research.

Maternal Surnames: Hooper, Shelton, Phillips, Stephens, Huff, Brown, Gosnell, Autry, Lisenbee, Franklin, Sams

Paternal Surnames: Green, Hogan, Ensley, Parris, Allman, Bryson, Clayton, Cogdill

Most all are from Western NC and some from SC and TN.

(Update) I've begun to make my own additions from cemetery photo's I've taken and from info in my parent's genealogy databases, feel free to send info on typo's, corrective dates, links to other relatives, requests for transfer, etc.

RE: Hooper's
Sorry. I come from the Hooper's in NC. I come from John's side.

Your mother sent me the info she had on the Hooper's.

She was so nice and helpful. You can link to my ancestry page if you want. I am now trying to find who John came from.

I have used some of your pics. Do you have any of John and/or Margaret? My grgrgrgrandparents were William Burke & Susannah Emalissa Slatton Hooper.

H E L P!

This listing (# 81151711) confuses me no end.
How did Reuben retain his mother's maiden name?
It appears Susan Hooper Stephens was Stephen Huff's mistress. Is that it?

Reuben Harrison Stephens
Stephen Huff (1796 - 1870)
Susan Hooper Stephens (1806 - 1892)
